Winter Weather Update from the City of Highland Village 2/16
City Public Works crews are working 24/7 to respond to the upcoming winter storm, water shut off requests, and any other street and utility issues that arise from this winter storm. These crews are the first responders clearing the way for public safety to do their jobs in the City.
If you have a water leak or utility emergency, contact Public Works at 972-317-2989 during working hours and after hours contact the police non-emergency number at 972-317-6551.
Here’s what you can do now:
- Continue to drip your faucets and leave cabinet doors open
- Prepare as much as you can for continued cold weather through the next couple days.
- Conserve your energy and gas usage
- Stay home if possible.
