Clubhouse Hours and Services
The clubhouse, located next to the pool, is open Monday & Thursday from 9:00 to 5:00. Homeowners are invited to stop by during regular business hours for help or answers to any questions you may have. The community manager is here to help, feel free to call, stop by, or e-mail.
Amenities
The clubhouse and pavilion are available for rent. Reservations request can be submitted here or can be made in the clubhouse during office hours.
Need a access card, no problem. Access cards can be requested here or picked up at the clubhouse during normal business hours. The first card for our new residents is free and any additional cards are $10.
Castlewood offers a clubhouse, pool, and many opportunities for recreation right here in the neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful, shaded playground, basketball court, tennis courts, manicured trails, soccer field, and volleyball court. The soccer field can be reserved as well, stop by the clubhouse if you need additional details. Get to know your neighbors and explore the neighborhood by taking advantage of all that Castlewood has to offer. Don’t forget to attend one of the many free community events. Whether it’s the Fourth of July parade, or Cookies with Santa, Castlewood has something for residents of all ages and interests.

Castlewood HOA
The Castlewood Homeowners Association proudly watches over the community. The board meets monthly in the clubhouse on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:00 pm. Check the community website for the latest meeting minutes and announcements. Annual assessments are $650 and are due at the first of the year. Payments can be made at Spectrum AM once you have created an account.
Stay Informed and Always Be in the Know
To receive updates and e-blasts from the community manager be sure to keep your email address updated with Spectrum Association Management. We recommend that all adult family members join. You can change your email address at any time by logging in and updating your account or by sending a request to the community manager via email to have your information updated.
Modifications
If you wish to make an improvement to your property such as a new roof or fence, be sure to submit your project to the Modifications Committee. Modification details and form are located here. You can also check out the design guidelines for the community here.
Useful Tips!
- Pets should be registered with the City of Highland Village. Contact Animal Services at 469-444-0915 or visit their website at City of Highland Village
- Officer Becket is assigned to our community. Need to contact him, no problem. Call 972-317-6551 and let dispatch know you wish to be connected to Officer Beckett, badge number 543 or send him an email at fbeckett@highlandvillage.org
- Have an alarm, don’t forget to get a permit with the City of Highland Village, visit City of Highland Village for more information.
- Going on Vacation? Contact the Highland Village PD at 972-317-6551 to place your home on vacation watch.
- Trash pick-up is on Fridays which includes bulky items up to 2 cubic yards in size, contact Community Waste Disposal at 972-392-9300 if you have any questions or concerns. The city of Highland Village provides a recycle can, but homeowners are responsible for trash cans. If you would like to upsize your recycle bin to a 95-gallon cart, fill out a cart request form at City of Highland Village.
