If you would like to pay online. You can make a one-time payment, set up recurring payments, or view your account balance by using Spectrum AM’s online bill pay service. Visit www.spectrumam.com to log in to your account. A convenience fee of 3.25% will be added for paying by credit card or $2.95 flat fee to pay by check.
Pay by phone. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding holidays, you can pay by calling 866-729-5327, option 1. A convenience fee of 3.25% will be added to pay by credit card or a flat fee of $2.95 to pay by check.
Pay by mail. Payments can be placed in the return envelope provided with your annual assessment statement. Please allow 10 days for processing.
