Important Office Updates and Community Reminders

The on-site office will be closed from May 26, 2021 to June 1, 2021. All Spectrum Association Management Offices will be closed on May 31, 2021 in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday.

If you have an urgent need that requires an immediate response, please contact the community manager via text or phone at 972-236-6214. All other matters will be responded to on June 2, 2021. As a reminder the on-site office will resume normal business hours on June 2, 2021 and will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. In the event of an office closure, information will be posted on the community website at www.castlewoodhoa.com.

As a reminder, the BOD approved a timeline for residents to address the removal of dead landscaping in the April BOD Meeting. Residents have until the end of May to address any landscaping that did not survive the storms. During the month of June, courtesy notices will be issued to residents who have not yet addressed dead landscaping. If you receive a notice and would like to appeal, please be prepared to attend a BOD meeting to appeal the violation. If you have extenuating circumstances, and are in need of an extension, please submit your request in writing to the community manager at jhansen@spetrumam.com. The community manager can approve one 15-day extension, any extension beyond this, will need to be reviewed and approved by the BOD. If dead landscaping is not addressed by July, residents will begin to receive daily fines of $10.
