Soccer Field Lottery- July 13, 2022

If you are interested in reserving a portion of the soccer field for the Fall 2022 season, please be sure to have one representative present at the first ever Soccer Field Lottery to be held on July 13, 2022, at 6:00 pm in the Clubhouse.

 

The following changes have been made to the Soccer Field Use Agreement:

  • Blocks 2 & 5 will be granted using the lottery system. Teams will only be granted one of these blocks in 1-hour increments beginning at 4:00. Teams may practice for longer than 1 hour, but after the allotted time at a goal expires, they must have a reservation in place and relocate to another block. 
  • Blocks 1, 3, 6, and 4 can be reserved through a use agreement and do not require attendance at the lottery. Those reservations can be submitted beginning July 14, 2022.

 

  • Fall registration will “close” on August 24, 2022. At this time, teams with existing reservations can adjust their reservations such as adding open blocks etc. 

 

  • Teams with players 14+ may only use the field on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, OR on days with no other reservations to be determined once registration has concluded. 

 

  • No more than 3 teams on the field at a time. 

 

  • A second lottery will be held on November 16, 2022, at 6:00 pm in the Clubhouse for the Spring season.
