Terri Bustillos Joins Castlewood as New Onsite Office Administrator October 1, 2024

We are pleased to announce that Terri Bustillos will be joining Castlewood on October 1, 2024, as the new onsite office administrator.

Effective October 1, 2024, the onsite office hours will be as follows:

Monday- 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Tuesday- 10:00 am to 3:30 pm

Wednesday- 10:00 am to 3:30 pm

Jennifer Hansen will continue to serve Castlewood as the community manager but will no longer be onsite. Residents are able to utilize both the community website and the Spectrum Association Management website or app to conduct community business.

Terri will be able to issue new and replacement access cards, answer questions about the community, and assist with your Spectrum account. Residents can report maintenance issues or concerns to Terri as well.
