Castlewood Welcomes Shayla Mead as the New Onsite Office Administrator

We are excited to announce that Shayla Mead will be serving as the new onsite office administrator effective May 28, 2025.

The new office hours will be Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Friday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Shayla brings a wealth of experience to her role at Castlewood, having served in various capacities prior to joining our community. Her professional background includes her role as an administrative assistant for the City of Fort Worth. Additionally, Shayla has held numerous positions in customer service, showcasing her versatility and commitment to excellence.

Currently, Shayla is a full-time student at the University of North Texas working towards her Masters in Library Science. Her dedication to her studies and her diverse skill set makes her an asset to Castlewood.

Jennifer Hansen will be onsite with Shayla initially transitioning her to her new role.
