Short Term Rental Restrictions- Effective August 15, 2025

We would like to inform you of the new short-term rental policy that will take effect on August 15, 2025. Under this policy, all leases must be for a minimum term of six months. Short-term rentals or transient stays of less than six months are strictly prohibited.

If a violation occurs, a notice will be sent, and you will have 10 days to rectify the issue to avoid fines. Failure to comply will result in a daily fine of $200 until the violation is resolved.
