Information on appeals for violations issued for dead landscaping

Violations were issued today, June 4, 2021 to residents who have not yet addressed landscaping that did not survive the winter storms in February and should be in your mailboxes shortly. The community manager cannot close out these violations without the approval of the BOD. If you wish to appeal, please plan to attend the next BOD meeting on June 16, 2021 either in person or via Zoom. The meeting will be held in the clubhouse at 7:00 pm. Details on how to join via Zoom will be sent via email to residents on June 9, 2021. Please note, that while pictures are included in the violation, any dead shrubs on your property need to be addressed not just those visible in the picture. Fining for these violations will not begin until July and only if the issue has not been resolved.
