Community Reminders
Summer is in full swing, and the pool and other amenities are in high demand this summer. The association wants residents and their guests to enjoy all that Castlewood has to offer while at the same time respecting the posted rules.
Inappropriate behavior may result in a loss of privileges including deactivation of your pool card. If you see inappropriate behavior during business hours (Monday through Friday from 9 to 5), please let the community manager know immediately. For after hours issues, please contact the Highland Village non-emergency number, 972-317-6551. In the event of a true emergency, please use the emergency phone located at the entrance to the pool or call 911.
A few reminders
- The pool gate is to remain closed. Please do not prop open the gate or open the gate for someone who does not have a pool card. If you need a new pool card, please reach out to the community manager. You can stop by the office Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 or submit a request on the website.
- A resident must be present with their guests and are responsible for their guests while using the pool or other amenities.
- Glass containers and smoking/vaping are not permitted at the pool.
- The association is not responsible for items left at the pool by residents or their guests. The lost and found is emptied once a week and items are either donated or thrown away. Phones and other electronics need to be secured by the resident.
- Please be sure that you do not leave behind trash, trash should be placed in one of the many available trash cans located at the pool, soccer fields, playground, and tennis courts.
- Please be considerate of others when playing music, offensive music or loud music diminishes the enjoyment of those around you.
- If a vendor asks you to leave while routine maintenance is completed including cleaning of the restrooms or pool, you must do so. The amenities remain open to residents 7 days a week, the vendors often need only a short amount of time to complete the general maintenance that keeps Castlewood such a great place to live. Every effort is made for maintenance to be completed during off peak hours.
