2026 Assessments- $750

Annual assessments are due on January 1, 2026. For the first time in over 15 years, the BOD has approved an assessment increase. Be sure to update your autopay by logging into your Spectrum account or through your bill pay with your financial institution. Payments are not accepted at the onsite office.
