2026 Assessments of $750 and are due on January 1, 2026. Payments are no longer accepted at the onsite office. Spectrum makes paying your assessments easy. You can pay be credit card, debit card, or ACH payment by scanning the QR code or logging into your Spectrum account. To pay by phone call our payment processing center at 866-729-5327. Select option 1.
