All Spectrum Association Management offices will be closed on July 4, 2024. The community manager will also be out of the office on Friday, July, 5, 2024.

The Spring garage sale dates are April 13, 2024 and April 20, 2024. 

The January BOD meeting originally scheduled for January 10, 2024 has been rescheduled for January 24, 20224 at 6:00 pm in the Clubhouse. We look forward to seeing you. 

The internet and phone have been down at the clubhouse since early last week. We are working with Spectrum Business to make necessary repairs. The office will remain closed until the issue is resolved. The community manager can be reached via email at jhansen@spectrumam.com. 

The community manager will be out of the office from December 20, 2023 through December 27, 2023 as well as January 1, 2024.
